Nice Italian Gem"My wife and I had just returned from Italy and the service was much like it was there. Head waiter comes out and describes the menu before handing it to you and walking away. He spends the time to learn your tastes and preferences and caters the experience towards your preferences...from food to wine to dessert. My wife has a lactose intolerance and they worked to adjust menu items to remove butter or cheese as needed. It was quiet when we arrived as we arrived at 5 PM as they opened in order to make a show at The Capital Theatre for 7 PM."
